Charles Cherney: I will watch the market closely for properties that meet your specific requirements. I will help you refine your search over time. I will complete a market analysis for a property of interest which comes into focus. I will aid you in drawing up an offer when you are ready to make one. I will advise and consult with regard to choosing a home inspector, a mortgage company or bank, and a real estate attorney. I will guide you through the process from property search to closing. I will stay in touch with you after the sale as appropriate.
