Cambridge Common outside of Harvard Square
The Cambridge Common is located just outside of Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Generally speaking, the common is a place one passes through on the way to somewhere else rather than a destination in and of itself. George Washington mustered the troops here during the American Revolution. These days, a softball game on a Saturday is more typical. Here’s a great shot of the Cambridge Common after dark on a winter night.
